Dennis Leary is a University Innovation Fellow and is studying Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Materials Science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Dennis has experience in Innovation and Entrepreneurship (I&E) from the 2017-18 Global Projects Seminar, Humanitarian Engineering: Past and Present, where students designed solutions to real sanitation problems in developing countries. In high school, Dennis also co-lead a group of students to Sweden and Denmark to study their complex bike-transportation system and helped design a plan to incorporate this system into United States cities. Dennis is one of eight active UIF members currently studying at WPI and some of his passions include model rocketry, sports (hockey, soccer, and golf), music, and learning about space. Headshot.jpg
