Overview
Xcelerator is a program by VentureWell with the main goal of cultivating creators and entrepreneurs who can turn ideas into successful commercial products. The Xcelerator program consist of an eight-month program that provides the necessary knowledge and skills, networking and partnership opportunities, and coaching and mentoring to help innovators introduce products and services to their target market. The Xcelerator training program is currently only available to individuals and team that are part of Saving Lives at Birth, Grand Challenges Explorations, and Powering Agriculture.

Saving Lives at Birth
Teams are focused on developing new technologies and approaches to help pregnant women and newborns during the periods were risk for death are high all the way to and immediately after birth. Xcelerator teams are based at universities, research institutions, and for-profits and non-profits organizations around the world
Grand Challenges Explorations
Teams worldwide work to expand the pipeline of innovative ideas to meet global health challenges
Powering Agriculture
Teams focus on developing sustainable clean energy technologies and approaches to increase agricultural productivity in low-income countries so as to allow farmers to produce more food at a decreased cost and time.
