During his 5 years, he worked on consulting roles with local companies spanning industries including medical information, book publishing, weather analytics and trucking. For his UIF project, Ryan spent time connecting multiple major colleges at Oklahoma resulting in the [http://www.ou.edu/innovationhub/ Innovation Hub at OU], a 25,000 square foot space for experimentation. The space was completed in Fall 2016, and now impacts students across all mahors at OU.</span>

Some of the solutions he developed allowed internal startups to grow at a 10x rate from ~100,000 users to over 1 million users!</span>

Hey There - My name is Ryan Phillips and I currently work at Microsoft as a Culture Engineer! What does that mean? Basically, I try to shift the culture of one of the largest companies in the world to be more inclusive. This includes making our products, such as new hardware or Xbox games, delight all users, regardless of their abilities. You can see what my day-job looks like here.

My UIF project connected groups from across campus to build the Innovation Hub at OU, a multi-disciplinary space that allows students to experiment with projects regardless of what major they are. Beyond work, I LOVE photography, and have recently been experimenting with drone videography - check out my latest prototype here!
