Strategy 1: Cultivating an Accessible & Engaging Entrepreneurial Culture
Purpose
Foster a sustained culture of innovation and entrepreneurship across PUCP by making entrepreneurial learning visible, accessible, and aspirational. The project aims to inspire students from all disciplines to explore innovation as a mindset and career pathway through consistent, high-impact experiences on campus.
Timeframe
Flagship events hosted every two months.
Key Tactics
- Design and implement a flagship event series every two months that celebrates entrepreneurship at PUCP. Each edition will have a theme and feature multidisciplinary student participation.
- Leverage the Open PUCP space (CIDE) as the central hub for all activities, combining keynotes, interactive workshops, and networking areas to create an immersive entrepreneurial experience.
- Curate a high-caliber lineup of speakers including startup founders who have reached accelerators such as Y Combinator, raised capital, or are working in global companies like Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, or top venture funds.

Strategy 2: Enhancing Practical Skills & Experiential Learning
Purpose
Empower PUCP students to fast-track their entry into the global innovation ecosystem by combining intensive training, real-world startup experience, and exclusive access to venture capital networks. The program aims to cultivate a new generation of professionals fluent in the dynamics of startups, Venture Capital, and Corporate Venture Capital, equipped to lead and innovate in emerging industries.
Timeframe
Semester cycle.
- Fellowship Program: Structured learning experience introducing students to startup fundamentals, venture design, and emerging tech tools.
- Hackathon Program: Experiential, high-energy challenges focused on problem-solving, teamwork, and rapid prototyping.

Bring together passionate student leaders in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology to build a dynamic volunteer community that drives innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives at PUCP, strengthening the university’s entrepreneurial culture and collaborative spirit on campus.

- Step-by-step guide: How to identify innovation opportunities, formulate ideas, design prototypes, and validate solutions.
- Personalized resources: Information on innovation programs, labs, mentoring, and workshops both within PUCP and from external partners.

Strategy 3: Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair - "Passport to Innovation"
The "PUCP Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair" is an event where students can discover all the initiatives, programs, and resources available to entrepreneurs and innovators within the university and from external partners.
Event Dynamics:
- Passport to Innovation: Each student will receive a "passport" that they must take to the various stands at the fair. For every initiative or group they learn about, they will receive a stamp in their passport.
- Innovation Stands: These will be hosted by representatives from various research centers, incubators, innovation labs, entrepreneurship clubs, and external companies allied with PUCP.
- Interactive activities: Hands-on workshops, talks with prominent innovators, idea competitions, and networking opportunities.
