Bio
Mai Nguyen is currently a rising junior studying electrical engineering at the Milwaukee School of Engineering. As a first-generation immigrant college student and dedicated Electrical Engineering student, Mai has been driven by a strong belief in the power of perseverance, knowledge, and community. She is fascinated with understanding the world better, and uses her curiosity to implement her vision of change. In the process she strives to understand the people around her and make them feel heard.
She is passionate about creating environments where people can learn and grow together, motivated by the idea that education is a shared journey. Through this reason, she has cultivated and co-founded MSOE's first pan-Asian community, Asian American Student Union.
