<big>VVIT also offers a minor degree in Computer Science & Engineering. In tune with the commitment, setting itself a benchmark as very best in terms of Education & Training and Placements, and extracurricular activities, VVIT has emerged as one of the top ten Engineering Colleges from the 200 engineering colleges affiliated to JNTU Kakinada.The subsequent years saw the inception of B.Tech programme and signing of MoUs with Industry and Training & Placement Companies.</big>
<big>The EWB([https://sites.google.com/view/ewb-vvit/home Engineers Without Borders]) Student Wing of VVIT is with more than 120 students registering their names during the initial drive. The chapter's four cornerstones are societal welfare, leadership, competition, and bringing forth a deep-seated understanding towards valuing diverse opinions. The EWB will assist students in developing the empathy and industry-standard skills necessary to ensure a future of mutual growth. EWB works in over 68 countries and provides services to scholars from a variety of prestigious universities.</big> <big><span style="font-size:medium;"> </span></big> <big>VVIT's Institute Innovation Council (IIC) was established with the vision of creating a world-class 'technology start-up ecosystem' by fostering entrepreneurship and a culture of innovation. This contributes to increased knowledge, wealth, and employment among students by supporting them in bringing their ideas to life. To date, college has supported nearly 10 startups. Additionally, IIC collaborates with the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC) to help and foster at least three ideas from their quarterly calendar. In 2024, almost 500 students participated in the Smart India Hackathon initiated by IIC.</big>

Over the last few years, they have taken full advantage of emerging placement opportunities in the fast growing service sector of the booming Indian Economy.</big> <big>Vasireddy Venkatadari Institute of Technology, in ''collaboration'' with the esteemed Y20 India and the Ministry of Youth in India, recently organized a Y20 Youth Talk Conference. Youth 20 (Y20) is an official consultation forum for youth from all G20 member countries to be able to dialogue with each other. Y20 encourages youth as future leaders to raise awareness of global issues, exchange ideas, argue, negotiate, and reach consensus.</big>
