==BioBiography==

I am My name is Syeedah White. I have been residing in am from Prince George's County, Maryland throughout my entire life.  In 2018, I earned received my Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Prince George's Community College, and in 2020 I graduated from Bowie State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. As I then decided returned to Bowie State in 2021 to pursue a Bachelormaster's degree, I had the great opportunity of Science in Psychology at Bowie State joining UniversityInnovation Fellows as BSU's first cohort. My cohort worked on various projects focused on making our campus more family and student-parent friendly, which I received in December 2020addition to developing better communication to commuter students via our campus app. Most recently As of May 2024, I decided to return to Bowie State to pursue a earned my Master's of Education degree in School Counselingfrom Bowie State University. In addition, I have began transitioning into the role of a high school Professional School Counseling is the path I am choosing because I want Counselor in my local public school system. Amongst wanting to become be a change agent in the lives of studentsthe youth, I am a strong advocate for student parents. My goal is to ultimately work in As a high school setting because this is one of the toughest points in an adolescent's life. former student parent myself, I wish want to provide unconditional support and ensure that others like myself are equipped with the best resources possible to my future students when neededsucceed academically, personally, and professionally.
