By aligning our curriculum and teaching methodologies with current industry demands, we seek to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical skills required in real-world settings. This initiative is vital for fostering a competitive edge among our students, empowering them to become agile and competent professionals capable of making significant contributions in a rapidly evolving global landscape. Students can access this in Academic Advisement Center. ==Strategy #2: Thee Network==The implementation of "Thee Network" program is to provide comprehensive support and networking opportunities specifically tailored for incoming freshmen, recognizing the significance of early career guidance and industry exposure. By establishing an extensive alumni network across various companies, we aim to create a robust platform for mentorship, professional connections, and potential career referrals, fostering a strong sense of community and support for students. The inclusion of LinkedIn workshops is intended to equip students with essential networking and personal branding skills crucial for navigating today''TBA''s competitive job market and establishing a strong professional presence. ==Strategy #3: Innovate and learn.==We have designed the "Innovate and Learn" program to foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning among students, recognizing the pivotal role of practical experience in cultivating essential skills for future career success. By hosting e-gaming tournaments, hackathons, and innovation challenges, we aim to provide a platform for students to demonstrate their technical prowess and problem-solving abilities, fostering a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie. Through interactive workshops and demonstrations, we seek to inspire and empower students to explore cutting-edge technologies, such as 3D printing and virtual reality, nurturing a passion for experimentation and innovation. Additionally, the establishment of mentorship programs serves to connect students with industry professionals, facilitating valuable guidance, insights, and career advice to enhance their professional development and industry readiness in software development and game design.
