Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College (or VRSEC) is a private engineering college located in Vijayawada was established , Andhra Pradesh, India, that offers an undergraduate education and postgraduate education in 1977 as engineering. The institution is the first private self financing institution to offer engineering college education in the state of united Andhra Pradesh. At present [1] and the first private college is offering seven UG programs with an intake of 1140, Nine to provide PG programs Programmes in engineering in the state in addition to MBA and MCA Courses making the total intake 1458year 1977.It has the Conferment of Autonomous Status The college was approved to be an autonomous institution by Acharya Nagarjuna University Grants Commission in 2006the year 1977. It was Accredited by NAAC with an A grade for a period of five years one with a CGPA of 3.17 on four point scale effective from 25-10-2013 and with NBA Accreditation status to all UG programs since 1998. The college offers various UG and PG academic programs leading to the award of five years degrees such as B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, and MBA with English as a CGPA medium of 3instruction.17 The programs are conducted on four point scale effective from 25-10-2013 the semester system and with NBA Accreditation status to all UG programmes since 1998each semester provides for a minimum of 90 instructional days.
