I really enjoyed reading this how-to page. I have been a part of large scale events before, but wanted to see what suggestions that would be in this article that I have not already tried, and some of these suggestions, like making lists and asking for feedback, are things that I will keep in mind in the future. I enjoyed reading this page. Although we have enough motivation to organize and plan some events, I think there is the problem that ordinary students cannot imagine what they should do first when launching new events. It might disturb them to create fantastic movements at each campus. Then, we should prepare and give them something to guide them to success. I learned business model canvas last spring. I think this planning system might be similar to it. It has key resources, key partners and so on. If there were some sheets to represent event value, partners and others, it could help students to act more positively. It could clarify what we should think and prepare for.

Jadeharris1209: Currently, due to the fact that we are in a pandemic, would there be COVID capacity regulations and documents that must be rectified before-hand? Depending on the size and scale of the event, do you need approval by the local city hall/ state government?

I always wanted to take part a large scale programs/events . But it is very tough to handle when we don't have a proper work sharing. Sharing works as per their capability is the best thing to complete the large scale events. Sharing works not only make the work easier it also reflects the best work which is done by a team as per their capability. Having a checklist is a always a better thing. This will help us to know the work progress and the pending works.
