I am intensely passionate about professional development, partially because I am still learning myself. But I want to help others learn faster, from my mistakes and what I have learned from others. Bringing people together, helping them connect, and conveying a message with one loud voice is what I want to do, I just have not fully figured out what that looks like. Who Am I?
That is the question of a lifetime. I am a lifelong learner. I want to learn the why of people. I like to learn how they think, what makes them tick, what brings them joy, what bothers them. I like knowing these things because it makes me feel closer to people. I firmly believe that the way we can move industries, people, and the world forward faster is by investing in a very valuable resource; people. I am intensely passionate about professional development, partially because I am still learning myself. But I want to help others learn faster, from my mistakes and what I have learned from others.
