Hello! I am Zoe Marin, a Product Designer in the making that is currently pursuing a BS in Interaction design at Santa Monica College. I apply human-centered principles in my design practice by cooperating along with the communities and users that utilize the experiences I create. I previously pursued a degree in design with a concentration on Graphic/Visual Design from the University of California, Davis. What encourages me as a product designer are the stories and emotional connections I facilitate with others in the design process. Beyond my educational background I enjoy learning new design tools/methods to add onto my own tool belt or for my own personal fun as a designer! In my spare time I like to sew or alter my own clothes, admire my plant collection, and spend time with the people I cherish in my life. Otherwise, I am continuously pursuing my journey of growth as a person, which I apply towards my growth as a designer too.
