I think its really important that every campus can count with a safe space to talk about diversity and inclusion, if we know our environment reality, together we can work to make it a better one.
The idea of doing "Tunnel"s is a really effective way in order to show what people feeling outside of the circle feel like, check out the 3 min video on the resource page!
More open minds
This is a great topic and in my opinion, we do way too less in Europe. Everybody should feel comfortable at University (and in everyday life), so we should start to see the world more openminded. This is a very good guide how to start and if we start to follow those steps, then we can change the atmosphere on campus and get everybody to feel completely welcome.
