I am passionate about advancing community visions for accessible, equitable and affordable high quality education systems. I believe that education should help individuals discover themselves, their world and their relationships to the world so that all can flourish to their full potential. To achieve this promise, I compassionately advise, organize and advocate with the early childhood education to STEM workforce communities, to create systemic changes that maximize the quality of education systems.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">[[File</p><p style="text-align:GurlovleenRathorejustify;">I am proficient at managing research projects, developing research-based educational programs, forming strategic partnerships, and creating evaluation plans that support innovation in STEM education.jpg|thumb]]Gurlovleen Rathore is My project management, program development, facilitation and evaluation skills have resulted in the formation of a PhD student in the Interdisciplinary Engineering program chapter of ASEE at Texas A&M University. Her , 5 professional development programs, 5 research interests include problem-based learningcollaborations, a variety of publications, design creativity and innovationincluding a Student Best Paper Award, engineering design education and STEM future faculty professional development. Her dissertation examines the effects of design problem characteristics on creativity of students, to inform construction of design problems that are conducive to promoting student creativityover 700 individuals in collaboration with STEM stakeholders. Gurlovleen has been accepted to the Spring 2014 University Innovations Fellow (UIF) program. She is looking forward to extending her interest </p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><p style="text-align: justify;">I have previously served in creativity and innovation past experimental research through various leadership positions with the UIF programAmerican Society for Engineering Education. She is keen on (co-) leading an entrepreneurial-focused change movement on I am currently a Thesis Assistant at Texas A&MUniversity, an after-school Site Supervisor with Stray Dog Theatre in St. She is also excited to meet Louis, and learn from an Evaluation Officer with the past and current cohort STEM Advocacy Institute in MA. I am also a member of UI Fellows. In addition to conducting research and participating in the UI Fellows programAccelerating Systemic Change Network, Kids Win MO, Gurlovleen leads recitations the St. Louis Regional Coalition for a recently transformed hybrid course on Engineering Ethics. She also chairs Digital Equity & Inclusion, the ASEE Student Division University Innovation Fellows (SD2014) conference program for and a Board Member of the 2014 ASEE Conference & ExpositionCheeky Scientist Association Interdisciplinary PhD Guild.</p><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><p style="text-align: justify;">I am a 2021 National Leaders Council Fellow &nbsp;She has and a BSE recent graduate of Lead MO. I earned my PhD in Interdisciplinary Engineering Physics (Education) and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&MUniversity.Sc.
