<span style="font-size:larger">Contact Meghana Surampudi was born and brought up in Andhra Pradesh. An engineer by degree, business development manager by profession and upcoming entrepreneur by passion, she's a vibrant enthusiastic young girl who has inspired thousands around her&nbsp;: To discuss . A University Innovation Fellow of the 2018 cohort, she's been an active innovator spreading and plan on implementing the concept of Design Thinking Workshopsthrough workshops and live projects. She's also an eminent UI Guide who loves mentoring, being a guiding light for many aspiring students.</span>

<span style="font-size:larger">Meghana Surampudi earned &nbsp;Bachelors As a University Innovation Fellow, promoted many clubs in Computer Science Engineering at Kakinada Institute of Engineering her college and Technology, Kakinadaalso lead KIET Innovation Fellows.She designes has the activities and presents &nbsp;before officials, faculty and leadership qualities that took studentsalong with her to make the program success. She inspired students and encouraged cooperation among As a change agent, she was able to uplift the studentslives of people to a better state of living. She has ethical standard and remained very honest and peaceful at all times. She Keeping the vision as 'education is calmempowerment', responsible and sincere at her works and takes she led a team of 20 student volunteers to empower rural kids about the task as a challengeimportance of education, investigates girl safety and comes with a solutionalso sex education. She is also a passionate anchor and hosted many events as a formal anchor in her college. She always works with people with team reached around 3000 students from 15 different attitudes and mould them at work and always completes the task with good team workschools.</span>

<span style="fontUsing the skills and knowledge that she learned through University Innovation Fellows, Meghana organized and hosted several Design Thinking workshops. She organized a Mega Design Thinking workshop with non-size:larger">Her intense passion towards entrepreneurship dragged teaching staff and other students for KIET. The workshop was a tremendous success that UIF team included a mention of that workshop and a photo in a book about UIF program which was published on Amazon. Meghana enjoys the vibrant and collaborative spirit of this community, and has enjoyed her towards part to help the UIF programspace grow.</span>

<span style="font-size:larger">&nbsp;As a University Innovation Fellow, promoted many clubs in her college and Meghana is also lead KIET Innovation Fellows.She has the leadership qualities that took students along with her to make the program success. She maintained her humanity by passionate about being very loyal to faculty a diplomat and co students preserving traditional culture in digital era,with this potent passion she acted as a bridge between Students delegate at Bali Asia International Model United Nations(Indonesia) and got selected for Asia Youth International Model United Nations(Malaysia).She represented QATAR in WHO council and Managementtook the opportunity of discussing the highlights of the healthcare in QATAR on an international platform(BAIMUN).</span>

<span style="font-size:larger">Using the skills She owns a unique signature of her own leaving footsteps for generations to follow. Breaking stereotypes and knowledge that standing up for herself, she learned through University Innovation Fellows,Meghana Organised and hosted several design thinking workshopsembraces life as it is.She organized a mega design thinking workshop with non-teaching staff truly believes in the values of empathy and other students compassion. A born leader! Striving for KIETa better change to impact the society positively is her motto.The workshop was a tremendous success that UIF team included a mention of that workshop Sincere, humble, firing with passion and a photo dedication, her vitality in a book about UIF program which was published on Amazonempathizing, debating, and problem-solving bagged many awards.Meghana enjoy's the vibrant and collaborative spirit   A few of this communitythem are Student Excellence 2018, and has enjoyed her part to help Inspiring Student Leader of the space growYear 2019, Change Agent Award.</span>

<span style="font-size:larger">Meghana is also passionate about being a diplomat public speaker and stood as a semifinalist for two times in Master Orator Championship and preserving tradional culture created a remarkable impression in digital era,with this potent passion she has been the delegate at Bali Asia International Model United Nations(Indonesia) all evaluators and Asia Youth International Model United Nations(Malaysia)participated hearts.She represented QATAR in WHO council is also a self made artist and took the opportunity of discussing key health issues of QATAR in international platformpoet too! She has worked as co-author for 3 anthologies.</span>
