<span style="font-size: larger;"> Our University is an I&E leader in our region, we serve as an example of diversity and humanity in our innovation projects, and we want to become even bigger and better. </span>
<div><br/></div><div><span style="font-size: larger;">With that purpose in mind, we want to be able to include even more students to our I&E community, that is our main focus. We want to give more students the opportunity to find their own place by helping others through their own projects and ideas, we want to make our ecosystem more inclusive and open so everyone feels welcome. </span>
<br/></div><div><br/></div><div><span style="font-size: larger;"> We want to pursue and continue our last fellow's ideals, by keeping up with their legacy and their different projects.

<span style="font-size: larger;">The priorities we pursue are still highly related to get student closer to I&E ecosystem and help them to get advantage of every opportunity UDD has to offer. </span>
= <span style="background-color:#40e0d0;">Strategy #1: Design Thinking elective course</span> =
<span style="font-size:larger;"><span id="docs-internal-guid-1430a8b5-da57-ae98-f123-9309972db804"><span style="font-family: Arial; color: rgb(29, 33, 38); background-color: rgb(247, 248, 250); vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">This strategy consist in creating an elective course that teaches "how to" and then puts in practice how to help small, already existing entrepreneurships by the digan thinking method. </span></span></span>

= <span style="background-color:#40e0d0;">Strategy #2: Innovation UDD App</span><br/> =
<span style="font-size:medium;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">This strategy seeks to upgrade all the I&E information from our web pages and bring it all together an easy access app. </span></span>
<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;">Nowadays technology has a mayor impact in our lives and the pandemia has showed us just how easy it is to be connected with everyone and everything if you have the proper tools.</span>
<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;">UDD is an I&E leader in our country, but there are many students who might feel left out just because they do not feel integrated or do not totally comprehend the innovation ecosystem, our new app is here to show them just how easy it is to participate. </span>

<span style="font-size: medium;">First, we will present our ideas and models to the Innovation and IT departments. With this, we open the doors to work together as a team. </span>
== <span style="font-size: medium;">Tactic #2: Get funds.</span> ==
<span style="font-size: medium;">As we finish developing our idea as a team, we hope to get allocation funds to be able to continue with the next step. </span>
== <span style="font-size: medium;">Tactic #3: Design Contest.</span> ==
<span style="font-size: medium;">We want to include our community to participate in the new app design, that way we can gather more information about how students want to access I&E. </span>
== <span style="font-size: medium;">Tactic #4: Ready to go!</span> ==
<font size="3">With the winning designs make our new app a reality and make it part of our I&E ecosystem</font>
= <span style="background-color:#40e0d0;">Strategy #3: iThinking Challenges. </span><br/> =
This project is about helping students to find the motivation to innovate.
We will base our open challenges on ONU's Sustainable Development Goals and try to move our student's cores to make them participate in this short challenges were we will look for solutions through Design Thinking and then take action as a group.
The Challenges have three steps :
#<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;"> We expose our challenge on social media, on faculty TVs and other forms of advertising o.</span>
#<span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: medium;"> We collect solution ideas in blackboards with post its in public uni spaces and we invite students to participate in short workshops. </span>
#<span style="font-size:medium;"> In this short workshops we seek real solutions through design thinking, and as a team we develop them and put them in practice.</span>
== <span style="font-size:smaller;">Tactic #1: Validate idea</span> ==

To start we will present this idea to the Change Agents Central, under the Innovation department, to map the project with them. We will also present this idea to the Students Affairs department to get all the permissions to use furniture and physical places.

We will take a small group of students who already participate in innovation projects and test our idea.

After the prototype is tested, we will make the necessary changes and present our ideas again.

After we gain the university support, we will start with presenting our first challenge to the community.

<span style="font-size: 12px;">Work with the university to put together teams of experts and model how the workshops are going to work with the specific departments.</span>
== Tactic #2: Funds. ==
<span style="font-size: 12px;"> As we need highly skilled professionals, funds are key to this idea. We seek to associate with the Students Support Center to get the funds we need.</span>
== Tactic #3: Publicity . ==
<span style="font-size: 12px;">We will create short videos and attractive pictures to get to the students through social media.</span>
== Tactic #4: Ready! ==
<span style="font-size: 12px;">Our workshops will be all about the students working in innovative ways to enhance personal development </span>
