| + | This text is so interesting because it focuses on listening to other's in order to be successful. This idea is often overlooked when listing attributes, however, it is so important. By using empathy and getting to the root of the problem, the solution that is created from this will be so much more successful and really solve the problem. By using the Design Thinking Process, one can learn to avoid jumping to conclusions and instead sitting in the mess and the unknown of a problem in order to find the best way to solve it. Very good text, I am glad to know that the tools uif delivers, will be useful in the future at work. Especially if they will be of help to understand the needs or inconveniences of the clients, I think it is something very important and difficult to achieve.
