= Rachael Huebler =is a University Innovation Fellow and an undergraduate student studying biology at York College of Pennsylvania (YCP). Her hope is to continue [[File:Profile 2.png|thumb]]onto medical school, studying to become a pediatrician. Rachael is a part of the women’s lacrosse team, Newman Club, Graham Innovation Scholars, and the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. She grew up in Severna Park, MD and attended high school at Mercy High School in Baltimore, where she first developed her passion for hospitality towards and empathy for others.
Rachael Huebler is a University Innovation Fellow and an undergraduate student studying biology at At York College of Pennsylvania (YCP). This allowed for her to connect the college with the women’s lacrosse team, Newman Club, Graham Innovation Scholars, center and third-party affiants to challenge students to use design thinking skills to solve the problems within the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. At York College of Pennsylvania, Since Rachael was able to develop young, she always had a partnership with a local community center in need of program formation. This allowed niche for helping others, so much so that during her first ever basketball game at the age of 5, she gave the ball to connect a girl on the college with other team because she had not gotten the center chance to score yet. This has carried over and third-party affiants develop into the longing to challenge students see everyone displaying hospitality and empathy to use design thinking skills to solve the problems within the center all regardless of characteristic and the communityvalue variation.
