Trans , or best known as “RJ” “RJ,” is a current University Innovation Fellow who graduated from La Salle University with a BS in Integrated Science, Business and Technology “ISBT” with a concentration in Biomedical Engineering. He joined the University Innovation Fellows program to promote innovation and design thinking methodology on his campus as well as in his hometown of Philadelphia. By immersing himself in this the UI Fellows program , RJ has not only impacted his university’s campus of 5,000 students , but also Philadelphia as a whole as he started implementing this type of teaching with his educational workshops under his company Dashbot. As CEO, he leads an innovative young team of 10 people He currently is a 3D Clinical Engineer for Johnson & Johnson and is the lead engineer for J&J's Trauma Division focusing on Orthopedic and Spinal medicine. His goal is to help ignite change transfer into Johnson & Johnson's Biomedicine/Bioprinting Division to an ever-evolving city.
