Eminence of psychological safety on people

-BY MEDA VISHAL

The psychological safety brings one's self out without any fears. According to me,this helps us in bringing a lot of cooperation while working in with the teams. This ensures that the team is well secured because everyone in the team will learn to respect and accept the decisions. If the receiving is learned contribution of everyone will be more. This makes the team to work in a collaborative way to achieve their goals in time.Practicing of psychological safety means learning the trust which builds up in sharing of knowledge. It increases the learning of innovation and also mistakes from peers.

SOME OF THE QUESTIONS THAT I WOULD LIKE TO ADD FOR BUILDING UP A STRONG RELATION:

1.What are the characteristics you admire the most when you see others?

2.According to you what a perfect day look like?

3.How do you overcome when you are cracked out with stress?

4.If you have a time machine what will you choose, the past or the future?

5.When you look back to your past ,what was your funniest or weirdest fear?

6.Do you ever felt that you have missed something in your life which enlightens you?

7.What is your opinion on life ?

There are many more ways to build up a relation .Alas! The best way of overcoming is learned with the help of psychological safety.

Implementing psychological safety into the classroom setting at a small college

I believe that in a class where creativity is trying to be evoked from an individual, psychological safety should be implemented into the class system. I feel that it would definitely benefit any classroom, but classes that require individuals to feel comfortable with sharing information with their peers especially ideas that they wouldn't necessarily share. I feel the act of getting to know someone requires time and energy that can make the person sharing the information feel comfortable with the receiver, enough to share things that are meaningful to them. This can also be implemented into the work and school system and I believe will have results that correlate positively with the overall success of the workplace and student grade, and more.
