Fellow:Tejaswani Jagu

Tejaswani Jagu is an University Innovation Fellow and an undergraduate student of technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering at Godavari Institue of Engineering and Technology(GIET) She was born and raised in a town in Rajahmundry of Andhra Pradesh, India.

She attended Andhra Pradesh Papermill Model High School(A.P.P.M) in Rajahmundry. During her childhood days, she was interested in playing outdoor games, this leads her to become a district level runner in athletics. In the 8th standard of her schooling education, she joined in National cadet corp(N.C.C) and become a Cadet Pupil Leader(C.P.L) of her school and attended few camps. She was awarded with a gold medal for being institute 1st In the Secondary School Certificate Examination(S.S.C).

Coming to her graduation, she got selected as one of the student speakers in the first "NATIONAL WOMEN'S PARLIAMENT" held at amaravati and raise her voice on the topic of Women Empowerment on behalf of 500 V.I.P.s and 20,000 student delegates and felicitated by honorable chief minister( Nara Chandrababu Naidu ) and speaker( Kodela Siva Prasada Rao). In her institution(GIET), she had taken part in the coordination of conducting 3 National Level Symposiums.

Though she belongs to electronics and communication stream, she has a habit of learning new aspects and innovations of other domains also. This leads her to attend any kind of workshops and seminars irrespective of subject and topic. She was given a membership in "SHE TEAM" which includes chance of undertaking all the girl student activities and noticing the problems in the college itself.

She enjoys playing with kids for a reason of getting fresh ideas and innovative thoughts by interacting with them. Hobbies are listening to music of unknown languages to grasp the words of that language. She believes in practical work rather than mug up the things. she has done many workshops like Arduino, Internet Of Things, Critical Thinking, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Cloud Computing, CAD, 3D printing and ISRO and completed the courses like HTML, C, IOT, Digital electronics.

She is a smart worker and a person of having helping nature and supportive to others, charishma, leadership qualities. As she is very commanded, dedicated, stubborn, civilized girl, this reflects in her Proffesional Bio.

To become a change agent in her institution, she had taken a part of establishment of a "STUDENT ACTIVITY COUNCIL"(S.A.C.) to develop and enhance the knowledge and skill set of the students by practical approach through this non profit organization(S.A.C.).
