Lilly Rothschild is an incoming University Innovation Fellow who completed her 6 week design thinking training in October 2019 as a sophomore. She is a Finance major with a Leadership Studies minor. Her involvements at Elon University include being part of the Isabella Cannon Leadership Fellows Program, a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity, a student engagement intern at Elon's Doherty Center for Entrepreneurship, Creativity, and Innovation. Lastly, she is part of the Tri Sigma sorority as well.

Lilly chose to pursue her undergraduate education at Elon for many reasons. One being her acceptance into the Leadership Fellows program but she was fascinated by the magnitute of opportunities, especially study abroad and loved how caring, engaged, and willing the faculty at Elon are. Although, what drew Lilly to become part of the University Innovation Fellows is her fascination with start up culture. Going into her freshman year of high school Lilly started a leadership 2 week summer camp for girls that grew over the course of 5 years to be a camp of 40 girls! She didn't realize she could refer to herself as an entrepreneur until arriving at Elon. Lilly has interned in data analysis at an ad tech company called Datonics, in the start up capital of the Middle East, Tel Aviv, Israel. She loves how motivated and eager to make change entrepreneurs are and wants to surround herself in that community.

Lilly is from Cleveland, Ohio. She is very close with her mom and dad, hersister, Melissa and brother, Bradley. What makes her happiest is sailing and water skiing on Lake Chautauqua in the summer. Her hobbies include running (she especially loves the trails and finding new destinations to run) and creative writing. She looks forward to all that she will learn in the future as she continues to pursue change in the vibrant Elon community.
