Senior IT professional, MBA, Master in IT Management, PMP, ITIL Certified, Agile Scrum Master, Product Owner with professional experience in local and multinational companies, with exposure and reporting to headquarters. An expert in the service industry (emphasis on IT Outsourcing, Education, Telco, Industry and Commerce, and Banking) with consistent delivery of value focused on the user and the client, through innovation, service delivery, and project management; international and multicultural. Leading teams of up to 40 people, in person and remotely. With frequent updating of knowledge through summits, courses, and workshops. Fast learning and high adaptability. People and result oriented. With solid values of ethics, justice, and responsibility. Also partial time professor of Engineering Systems Working Adult Program at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in Perú.
