Bio

Erica Hernandez is an assistant professor of psychology at Bowie State University, an HBCU in Maryland (USA). She is interested in increasing educational completion among students who are also parents (student-parents). Erica is the faculty champion for the first cohort of UIF students from Bowie State University in 2021.
