Biography
Diana comes from a Business and Econ background at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (UPC) and has been involved in issues related to inclusiveness, sexual health promotion, and literacy initiatives for children and young people. These experiences helped her identify her passion for advocating for quality education. As a result, she co-founded a nonprofit youth organization that aims to reduce educational barriers by creating volunteer programs and disseminating quality information in Latin America.
Additionally, she is characterized by a vocation for service, resilience, and coherence in her actions for a more equitable society. She has a strong interest in the area of innovation, specifically through Business Intelligence and Data Analytics for executing products in the technology and education sectors.
Her goal is to continue collaborating on projects that promote greater diversity, inclusion, and a competitive digital economy for the benefit of underrepresented communities.
Currently, she works in the banking sector, focusing on ESG (environmental, social, and governance) projects to achieve a balance between the business model and the well-being of society.
Achievements
- FORA 2022 World Summit in Canada: Peru's delegate in a space that empowers women in the political, social, and economic dimensions.
- Youth Mentee MCW Global: Led community projects with mentees from over 15 nationalities and collaborated with mentors.
- Co-founder of Educa Perú: Educated over 92 children and adolescents in leadership, communication, and sexual health promotion. Achieved the establishment of 3 strategic alliances.
