Ryan Ohneiser is a Psychology major at James Madison University working part-time for the JMU Center for Entrepreneurship as a Student Venture Consultant where he provides consultation in partnership with university professors to students and faculty with viable business ideas. His firsthand experience in the start-up world began when he pursued a venture of his own after taking the JMU College of Business course called Management 472: Venture Creation, which introduced him to the fundamentals of entrepreneurship and offered invaluable mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs.

Ryan was also selected to be a Research Assistant for Dr. Richard West in the JMU Department of Graduate Psychology. He assists in the research design and implementation process in the development of the first Comprehensive Assessment of Rational Thinking (CART) with funding from the John Templeton Foundation and editorial support from MIT Press.
