An UIF should able to motivate and inspire fellow students to bring changes in the campus ecosystem.An uif initially should start interacting with the fellow students, by this an UIF will get to know the mindset ,interests and problems they face in the campus.Then UIF team should divide themselves into sub teams ,one team should focus on changing the mindset of the students by organizing various activities which enhances their thinking and optimistic levels that results the students to feel themselves as change makers and contribute their support to makes changes and improvements in the institute.One more team should work on supporting student's interests by conducting seminars,webinars,prototype making challenges and also by creating a platform where they can find career opportunities with respect to their interests.An uif should build a ecosystem where students should help other students to overcome the hurdles ,by this students can spread knowledge and harmony among themselves . An uif should create a platform where students gather at one place in the campus and share their experiences ,the work they do ,the difficulties they face ,funny moments ,failure and success stories .This platform motives and inspires students from other students because this results an emotional attachment among students causing themselves to make continuous efforts on their interests ,so that they can make proper moves in the life to achieve happiness and success . This way an uif can motivate his peers.

The Importance of Motivation

Even the article is short but that really hits me on the right spot. I believe that motivation is something very important in our life. I personally get my motivation from questioning everything I see. If I see something wrong or inappropriate then it motivates me to fix or change it for example being an UIF is motivated by questioning why our education is only focused on the students' hard skills. By fixing or changing something wrong, I believe it will motivate other people to do the same, it's contagious.

Motivation To Peers :

                                                             One of  the best ways to get your  peers or coworkers  motivated  is to set  a good example  for them to follow.  We should  offer  positive  Encouragement  to the  peers.  I  believe  that  sometimes people  need  space get work done.  They  might be  engaged in  encountering  the trouble.  Being  an uif  fellow ; we should  motivate them  with  our  work  and involving  them in the  work makes  them feel  they are  a part of  it.   I  personally  believe that  Motivation comes from  questioning.  we should  provide  design thinking and uif  workshops  to get them attracted and  motivated  by  the uif work.

Being an UIF, I motivate my peers to be empowered which enables and boosts their strengths, giving them feedback, encouraging and rewarding them. I would interact with them to collaborate on opportunities that are available in the campus to improve their skills and mindset. I would try my level best to boost up their immense confidence and by filling in the loads of enthusiasm by interacting with them and giving the related information. Most of the people won't seek to push themselves from their own comfort zone to participate in the campus driven activities. I would provide them small pretty challenges to unleash their potential .For sure this would bring some transformation among them and my peers will work to achieve their expectations. It is only motivation and inspiration that would trigger the hidden creativity .with all our efforts and complete commitment we can reach out to high standards of life

First Step to Success is Motivate Yourself

I would say that in order to see ourselves in a high position one day, the first step to be taken is to always motivate ourselves and keep working Hard. Although this article is short and precise, it says we need the motivation to move forward. We always need to believe in what we are thinking. We got to keep telling ourselves that "I think I can"," I think I still can", and "I'm doing it!"
