The term consultant means who can make presentations ,recommendations and promoting works,but here not only the promoting works or any thing else we reach out to the entreprenuers who have the better ideas and need a economical push back . it will be good to focus on activities and approaches that appeal more to the growing volume of small business today.Making advertisements about the consulting service for the startups may help people to approach us.Student consulting members should be open to members who can help externally or internally with ideas or work.

Underprivileged means lacking of facilities which majority people have.Underprivileged startups means the startups which don't have basic facilities required by most of the startups.Creating a student consulting service for those starups will certainly help them to become privileged.Student Consulting service is like a student organization created to provide consulting services for the startups.In this organization,students break up into small teams to do certain works or they team up as a whole to do the complete project.With the students consulting,the startups can get more creative solutions.
Student Consulting Service will aim at financial consulting and other type of consultings to the startups.It should offer a wide range of workshops.
CROUD FUNDING
In my view croud funding is one of the best method for under previleged startups. It is the practice of funding a project or venture by raising monetary contributions from a large number of people. Crowdfunding is a form of crowdsourcing and of alternative finance. In 2015, it was estimated that worldwide over US$34 billion was raised this way.
Although the concept can also be executed through mail-order subscriptions, benefit events, and other methods, it is now often performed via Internet-mediated registries.This modern crowdfunding model is generally based on three types of actors: the project initiator who proposes the idea and/or project to be funded, individuals or groups who support the idea, and a moderating organization that brings the parties together to launch the idea.
Crowdfunding has been used to fund a wide range for-profit entrepreneurial ventures such as artistic and creative projects, medical expenses, travel, or community-oriented social entrepreneurship projects.
so I suggest that it is better to use crowd funding methods for underpreviliged startups.Initially we may not get good response but if we try hard it is definitely better method for underpreviled startups.
