Prior to NDSU, Becky was a hall coordinator at the University of Northern Iowa. She earned a B.S. in Athletic Training from the University of North Dakota and a M.S. in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University. Currently, Becky is working towards her PhD in the School of Education focusing on Organizational Learning and Leadership.
