Bio
Abigail Hildenbrand is a University Innovation Fellow and is a senior undergraduate student at Louisiana Tech University. Abigail is pursuing her undergraduate degree in biology and wanted to incorporate business and entrepreneurship into her collegiate experience. While originally from Parker, Colorado she is also a player for the Louisiana Tech Varsity Volleyball team. As Abigail moves forward in her career she has aspirations of nursing and becoming a nurse practitioner.
Abigail is often seen hitting the books or on the volleyball court but she also enjoys swimming, hiking, playing cards with friends, drawing/painting, or hammocking.
Achievements
In the past few years at Tech, Abigail has joined Alpha Epsilon Delta (an honor society for the health profession), been chosen and an active member of SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee), and interned for International Medical Relief as a project coordinator for a 300 bed women's conjugate living shelter. Abigail is also nationally certified in phlebotomy.
After learning about the program Abigail was thrilled to be shown an opportunity to integrate innovation into her life. She is excited to learn and use the strategies and tactics that are given to build on different aspects of her life.
