Betty Lucille is currently enrolled at Abu Dhabi University in the Bachelors of Business Administration in Management program. Betty is a University Innovation Fellow. She has also recently become a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society at Abu Dhabi University.
After she completed high school, Betty decided to work full time and study her Bachelors of Commerce in Management and Finance degree, which she achieved with honors at the University of South Africa. Betty worked in office administration and later spent 2 years in Event management, where she managed, among other events, the BP Charity Pro-am golf tournaments. This event raised over Dhs100,000 for kids with special needs at The Future Center and Indian Ladies Association Special Care Center in Abu Dhabi.
As a hobby, she and a friend operated an online business, Upscale in the city, where they bought solid wood second-hand furniture and gave them new life, restored or redesigned them.
Betty enjoys spending time with her family. They often go camping in the desert to enjoy the unique beauty of the United Arab Emirates landscape.
