University Innovations Fellows Candidate
Amanda is a current University Innovation Fellow who is attending the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is a junior in Industrial and Operations Engineering and the Program in Sustainable Engineering. She joined the UI Fellowship Program in order to unite the current entrepreneurship activities occurring on campus, hone her leadership skills, and improve the ease of access to resources on campus for those students pursuing entrepreneurial endeavors. Amanda is currently involved with different entrepreneurship student organizations on campus such as Michigan Health Engineered For All Lives and MPowered Entrepreneurship. She also acts as a College of Engineering Student Ambassador, a member of the Society of Women Engineers, and a member of the Undergraduate Student Advisory Board. She continues to expand her reach within the university by taking on more leadership positions and connecting with more students and faculty. Amanda will graduate in May of 2015 with a B.S. in Industrial and Operations Engineering and completion of the Program in Sustainable Engineering.
