<span style="font-size:medium;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">This premier urban innovation center will foster creativity, improve entrepreneurial skill sets, and increase interdisciplinary collaborations. It will include a&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">skills lab for learning hard skills. Also weekly&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">tech tutorials and workshops can be given in this space.</span>

Opening a lounge will strengthen the crippled physics department by creating a sense of community, fostering social support and increasing learning collaboration.</span></span></span>
