</span>At Uniandes students always try to find I&E opportunities and try to reach out but miserably fail when not finding anything at all, that's when they stop and the innovation never develops, not because we lack great ideas, but because we fail on knowing where to search. By organizing these clubs, we could increase the impact of the circles and facilitate<span style="font-size: small; background-color: transparent; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: rgb(29, 33, 38); font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">the location of information or support for students in terms of the I&E ecosystem.

=== Provide spaces where the people that live nearby the university can develop ideas ===

</span>Uniandes's location used to be humble and with a high level of poverty, somewhat dangerous to walk around unaware. As for today, the location has evolved into a more secure place. Nevertheless, there's always room for improvement. As already said before, proyecto Fenicia is an Uniandes initiative where the institution seeks to involve the neighborhood inhabitants in an effort to generate positive impact on the with the University’s growth. Our idea is, the same as the last year's group, to open and generate spaces where neighbors share their problems and students have ideation spaces to manage and solve hands-on projects with a positive impact on the Uniandes immediate surroundings, which really puts the project in the Colombian context, in the hope to help the development of great projects that can be replicated.

Tactics + Milestones:

#Interview and interact with students to understand which types of activities would attract them to participate (competitions, summits, challenges, etc.)

#Begin communicating with all the faculties and start organizing and offering spaces and activities about I&E more frequently.

=== Course(maybe with credits and not mandatory) where first year students can build closer relationships and are in a smaller environment ===

We thought that if we promote an accompaiment class where students from all careers in their first semesters could attend, where there is a real space to create and develop in their startup, and their encouraged and rewarded for it, aswell as given the tools to begin with any sort of idea. So in the program, each one of them earns academic experience, time management knowledge, meet people with their same intereests, all within the classroom space.

Tactics + Milestones

#Talk to the directives of the university and directors of each major to find out whether it is plausible to implement this new class in the curriculim of each career, and if so under which conditions.

#Plan the entire course including activities, grading method, workshops, and general guidelines so that it can adapt for every major.

#List potential teachers that could lead the course but speciallly assiting students that stand out for more than academic performance.

#Encourage students to participate in the course, starting with the scouting event the university attends.

=== Strategic alliances with organizations that are external to Uniandes in order to involve people outside from Uniandes in their plans ===

The idea is toget external organizations to get involved with Uniandes to be able to achieve plans that these external organizations seek, whether it is helping society or generating value. This has the purpose to show students that most ideas are viable, and the main requirement is persistence and persevarance.

#Present the idea to external organizations and see their interests by inviting them to the expoandes fair.

#Once you have the list of the organizations present these to the university and see which the university are interested in forming alliances and funding research seedbeds focused on engaging freshmen.

#Set an agreement on how each alliance is going to function.

#Check regularly how the alliance is going and whether both parties are still gaining something from the collaboration.
