Jacqueline Curtsinger has received her bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and is pursuing her Masters in Technology Commercialization and Entrepreneurship at RPI as well. She is a cofounder and COO of GridStarr, a startup which is developing a salt water battery for home back up power generation. Her passion lies with understanding how to implement innovative technologies and sustainable mindsets into communities. Working with other students on campus, Jacqueline is helping build a sustainable entrepreneurial community called TIES (Technology, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability) that is aimed at increasing cross collaboration between disciplines and inspiring innovative mentalities throughout campus. In her free time, Jacqueline loves going to movies, baking desserts, and inventing.
