I</span><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;"> am </span><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px;">one of two presidents of the EMpwr student chapter sponsored by KEEN, promoting entrepreneurship in engineering. I am also a member of the Research in Information Science of Engineering (RiSE) lab. I grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and my love of the beach led me to Florida for school. I do not know what I specifically want to do after college, but I plan on working in the engineering field and then becoming a teacher in a beach town. I am excited to meet new people and work to make a positive impact through UIF. </span>
