Ryan Ohneiser is a 4th year Psychology student at James Madison University. When he isn't in class, walking his dog or reading a book he can be found working part-time as a Student Venture Consultant for the JMU Center for Entrepreneurship, where he offers information about business development [[File:Rohneiser.jpg|thumb|Rohneiser.jpg]]resources on campus as well as providing business consulting to students and faculty with viable business ideas. Ryan was pursuing a start-up of his own when he enrolled in Management 472: Venture Creation where he learned all about entrepreneurship, the start-up world and gained invaluable experience from real serial entrepreneurs. Last year Ryan was lucky enough to be a Research Assistant for Richard West while he was developing a new intelligence test and he anticipates pursuing research of his own in the next year.
