Emma grew up in the small town of Saratoga, California, and graduated from Saratoga High School. During her time there, she happily served as Editor-In-Chief of the yearbook, captained the varsity soccer team, and graduated with honors. Recognizing the struggles of her classmates and friends, Emma also co-founded a state-certified non-profit and collaborated with a school-led program to raise mental health awareness and provide educational materials for members of her community.
She fell in love with soccer at the age of 5 and was beyond excited to compete for the Guam Women's National Football Teamin 2021. As both of her parents hailed from the tiny U.S. territory of Guam, Emma proudly embraces any opportunity to represent and contribute to her Pacific Islander heritage.
Nowadays, you can catch her playing soccer, stress baking, drawing, and missing her dog, Leo. Emma hopes to continue to cultivate her creative and communication-focused interests in tandem with her love for community and volunteer work. She is always happy to meet and connect with new people.
