Reeth is an Information Science Engineering Graduate graduate from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belgaum. Her schooling took place , and holds a Master’s in KolhapurManagement of Information Systems and Digital Innovation from Warwick Business School, Maharashtra as well as Belgaum, Karnataka which made her realise that even though there can be a change University of Warwick. She is passionate about using innovation and empathy to create positive change—especially in the realms of education system across different states, the approach remains the samewellbeing, and human connection. ErgoCurrently, she strives to be a catalyst to bring about change works at YuLife in London, where her values of purpose, growth, and people-first impact are at the way core of approach towards educationwhat she does.
During her Bachelors, she cultivated As a biting interest in Data ScienceUniversity Innovation Fellow, Big Data ManagementReeth worked with the Institute Innovation Council to encourage creativity, Data Mininginnovation, Cryptography and Network securitycollaboration on campus. Her affinity for Data Science began in her 2nd year when she interned at She led “Mindkraft,” an IT consultants company. She performed Cyclic analysis event focused on Foundry ERP and developed financial self-awareness, followed by a data visualisation interface that aids two-day business conference in business process optimisationpartnership with Zerodha Broking Limited, allowing users introducing students to make quicker decisions to maximise profitability. Thereafterthe stock market, Indian economy, she engaged herself in various hobby projects and certifications to learn more about this domain. After acquiring knowledge about algorithms and the concepts of Data Science and Data Mining, she implemented it into her capstone project “Reduction in Rejections in the Casting process using Predictive Analysis”. The software intends to provide a prediction scenario for rejections based on the training data sets accumulated over timestart-up culture.
As a University Innovation Fellow, she worked with the Institute Innovation Council where she organised events to create awareness about Innovation, creativity and collaborative thinking for all the young minds on campus. She conducted an event called "Mindkraft" for students to introspect and understand their knowledge about Finance followed by a 2-day Business Conference and introduced the students to the concepts of the stock market, Indian economy, investments, mutual funds, and business start-ups in collaboration with Zerodha Broking Limited. She participated in the d.challenge and was chosen selected to conduct Design Thinking design thinking workshops for the attendees of at the National Entrepreneurship Summit 2020 at the National Institute of Technology, NIT Rourkela. As a part of UIF vs CoronaDuring the pandemic, her team launched she co-led a mental health campaign called "titled “I Survive, I survive I serve life" and collaborated Serve Life” under UIF vs Corona, collaborating with NGOs in India and Lebanon for the same. She wants to bring about a change by sharing survivor stories, hosting webinars, educating people, sensitising the issue raise awareness and ultimately de-stigmatising stigmatise mental healththrough survivor stories and educational initiatives.
She is a part of also played an active role in the Rotaract Club Belgaum Central. For the year 2017-18, she served serving as the International Service Director and as the (2017–18), Professional Service Director for the 2019-20 tenure(2019–20), and Club Secretary (2020–21). She planned out activities Her work focused on building community and projects that promote these events among people via Rotaractpromoting professional development, and arranged programs designed to provide information about a wide cross-section of businesses and entrepreneurs. She received earning her the 'Best Professional Service Project' award for the RI year 2019-2020 from 2019–20 in the Belgaum zone and is serving as the Secretary of the club for the year 2020-21.
She Creative expression has always been creative and very articulate about a part of her thoughtsidentity. She considers empathy as one of her strongest point which is reflected in her blog where she writes about emotions that people feel apprehensive to speak about. She is a proud Published Co-Author of an Anthology called INARA. She goes by under the pen name 'Reeth Rajas', Rajas being a tribute to her late father, and is a published co-author in the anthology ''INARA''s name. In this wayHer writing reflects her empathy and her deep interest in exploring emotions that often go unspoken. Reeth finds joy in books, she hopes to keep his memory alive. She is also an ardent reader and enjoys reading fictionmusic, magical realism and thrillerthe small things that move the soul.
