==Bio==
Sebastián is a motivated student from Uruguay. He is interested in political and economic international issues, and has a keen interest in financial markets.
Since a young age, he's involved in his community, having volunteered in service organizations such as Interact, Rotary's International club for young people.
Right know he is participating in the "Euromodelo Joven 2021",a program by the Delegation of the European Union in Uruguay, which consists of a leadership training program for university students that seeks to bring the institutions of the European Union closer to young people and to train future decision-makers.
==Achievements==
Due to his grades, he was Flag Bearer both at school and highschool and a part of the Honour Roll at his highschool.
