During our training, we identified a significant communication gap within our university: there are numerous programs, projects, and resources available that most students are unaware of. This lack of accessible and timely information creates unnecessary stress, reduces institutional efficiency, and leads to missed opportunities for both students and the university.
== Fall 2020 Priorities ==To address this problem, we propose the development of an Artificial Intelligence powered ChatBot, designed to provide instant and reliable answers to students' questions. This virtual assistant will serve as a centralized and user-friendly channel for accessing university information, enhancing the overall student experience and maximizing the use of institutional resources.

===Strategy N°2: "Experiencia ADS"=== We identified a challenge related to lack of motivation and career uncertainty among students in Service Management. Many of them struggle to understand the professional fields where they can apply their skills, which leads to disengagement and limited career vision. To address this challenge, we developed "Experiencia ADS", an immersive and hands-on learning activity that allows senior students to experience the daily life of a Service Manager by taking on different roles within a simulated company. The main goal of this project is to boost vocational motivation, bridge academic learning with professional practice, and promote career exploration through an engaging and meaningful experience that helps students visualize their professional future with greater clarity and purpose. <br />=='''Fall 2024''' Priorities== ===Strategy N°1: "GET INVOLVED"===This project seeks is about an Instagram account that inspires young students from Universidad de Los Andes to involve every UAndes Student participate in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and team work activities. During our training, we concluded that most students don't participate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship activities along our campus because they are not aware of the activities regarding the subject and also because they think they can do nothing that makes the innovation worldchange. That's why not many students are willing to take extra courses about different subjects such as I&E and use their time to advance in their curriculum and get their professional tittle.  That's why, if we want to teach Design Thinking, Responsible Futuring, Creative and Innovative mindset and more... we have to offer an elective course or minor (that are included in the same curriculum of each career in Universidad de Los Andes) that teaches the themes described above.  If want people to form various groups learn and get involved in I&E we have to determine find a neglected problem way that is noticeable within more compatible with their rhythm and life in university as with their goals for their specific areafuture lifestyle and work.  ===Strategy N°3: "YOU CAN MAKE THE CHANGE"===To innovate there are some skills needed or wanted in order to success and in order to feel comfortable on the way, that young students may feel like they dont really possess them. So we want to help students who wish to innovate by empowering and strengthening them with those skills, providing experienced guides to help them with finances, administration and more. The main objective goal of applying this project prototype is to provide the course for all first-year students of “Universidad de los Andes” a support network created by themselves as students, which encourages them to motivate and start an innovation/entrepreneurship project.The main idea is that they live the group of fellows who will lead this program must have all the necessary resources. So, both leaders experience and the students who want know how to participate can carry out their strategies, designs, and final projects. For this, they will have a “Marker-space” which will possess work tables and chairs, blackboards, a comfortable couch, post-its, materials, and restricted access to only those students who have previously registered to participate in it.To carry out this prototype, it will be needing significant funding from the University. For that, we would have to communicate with defend themselves against the person in charge adversity of Innovation at UANDES Aníbal Pinto, and the Students Vice-Rector Francisco Lavín. Who should give us the necessary support to get that financing.Making this prototype happenworld, would take a period of time of approximately one and a half years. === Strategy #3 “Challenge Course” N°3: “Design Thinking Workshop”======== Challenge: How might we promote entrepreneurship between students, looking forward The goal of this project is to teach design thinking as a tool to solving real problems on the campus seek needs and bringing innovation closer generate ideas. This workshop is for students of Universidad de los Andes who want to undergraduates? =====create an idea for a startup.
This idea will be an extracurricular course target for all undergraduate students in Universidad de los Andes. Provided by Design Thinking is a tool that builds a professor of I&E and with knowledge in design thinking, solid base in order to impact with useful tools for the students' life and motivate them to create processes a big project, which gives us different perspectives of the same idea, defining one problem-solving beginning with understanding unmet campus needs.The challenge course is open to every student who wants to know more about I&E having the interest and willpower to improve campus life. The only condition, therefore, is motivation, compromise, and engagement with the course and their team fellows.During the course, fellows will solve real problems on the campus. It could be tangible things, but also immaterial and relevant needs.The strategy group has to develop the solutions is through challenges (like the marshmallow challenge). With limited time and materials in order to generate do a brainstorming instances, prototype of ideas, and therefore pushing students to create innovative solutionssolve it. After that, each group develops and refines its project.The course will reopen each term, in order to ideate in a yearThen, they choose one possible solution for two different issues. The members will develop ideas in groups. The most important and necessary thing to participate is to be motivated, want to improve some problem, and eager to learn.

The purpose of the project  '''"ADS Innovation Day"''', is to enable the students of Service Management (ADS)  to discover and acquire knowledge related to innovation and entrepreneurship during an entire day. The main idea of this is to provide useful tools, tips, strategies that students are going to be able to during their life. Nevertheless, this is going to be possible through talks with special guests, workshops, activities, contests, and an entrepreneurship fair of different ventures. <br>
Furthermore, this project intends to make a memorable day that would help motivate ADS students to go farther and become change agents, using innovation to design new solutions for the campus, community, and the world.  Also, this would facilitate undergraduates from different generations of ADS to gather and build new bonds between them, because now more than ever, students need to share with others after this prolonged pandemic, and this Innavotion day would be perfect for that.
