<span style="font-kerning: none"> In the phase where the physical connection and interaction gets disconnected, the only possible way to stay in touch with the people is to have a virtual conversation through online meetings and during that time if you wish to make an analysis the best way to meet the requirement is the survey form where a google form is circulated and the responses are collected from all the students who have a problem or an idea where they wish to share with us . After all the responses are collected the problems goes to the faculty and the ideas comes to the discussion panel of Design thinking club where a group of young aspirants work their best to come up with all the possible ways that can be used to implement the idea in an effective manner. During pandemic we use online meeting if there is a chance of physical communication there will be weekly meetups in the college. </span>

<span style="font-kerning: none"> Rome wasn't built in a day or by a single person. When a person comeup with an initiation he/she must also need support to take it further long and continue for upcoming aspirants. So in order to make the E-box strategy a successful one we need some dedicated set of students who care about the perspections of othe people and encourage the thought provoking process in others and also support them by making a brave step and taking it into the eye of management for progress. </span>
