Bio

Zach Patterson is a Mechanical Engineering student in the class of 2017 at the University of Pittsburgh. On campus, Zach is the president DesignHub, a student organization that puts together and sponsors undergraduate teams to tackle real world design problems. He also is leading an initiative to bring more makerspaces to campus. Finally, Zach is a co-op at Philips Respironics, where he works in R&D to design and develop cpap masks. He is interested in new product development and technical management. Outside of school and work, Zach has numerous interests and hobbies including basketball, skiing, and piano.
