What that means: I work in technology consulting for government and public services clients as my day job and facilitate the on-boarding, design thinking training, team bonding, leadership development, and self-reflection for UIF candidates on the side!

What I accomplished as a Fellow at Elon: Secured funding for UIF with key stakeholders, created new leadership roles within UIF to enhance accountability, facilitated the recruitment of 8 new fellows, restructured the on-boarding of new candidates, & developped a speaker series to bridge Business/STEM communities on-campus

What you'd find me doing in my free time: Hiking/camping in Shenandoah, reading/writing about innovation in government, wellness, civic education, and conservation
