Georgia is a University innovation Fellow from Sydney, Australia. She is currentlyin her third year of studying a Bachelor of Mechatronic Engineering. A lot of her time is spent in the university community, working predominantly with different societies amongst other roles. Currently she takes part in the Robotics Society, the Professional Astronautics and Aeronautics Society, Unbound (Social Entrepreneurship), and Engineers Without Borders (Humanitarian Engineering). Also helping run assorted events promoting professional development through her position as an Engineers Australia Student Ambassador at UTS. She is also a Faculty of Engineering and IT (FEIT) Student Promotions Representative of UTS (SPROUTS), also has being selected into the sub-category of Women in Engineering and IT (WiEIT) SPROUTS. Part of her job as a WiEIT SPROUTS includes sharing her experience with high school and primary school students in the greater Sydney area. She has a passion for rebranding STEM and helping young students, particularly females, discover how realistic and acheivable STEM is and it's importnance for the future. Another area that she has explored includes entrepreneurship and innovation through the universities Hatchery Program (rebranded to UTS Start Ups), an intensive program to learn and develop lean start-up skills.

Being involved in such a wide range of experiences has opened her world up to many new experiences and opportunities, which she feels has given her an edge that she wants to share with others so that they can work together to grow as a world-wide community.
