Conner Bender is a sophomore at the University of Tulsa double majoring in Computer Science and Mathematics. Raised in Tulsa,

Oklahoma, he attended Jenks High School and graduated as the Valedictorian and Mr Jenks High School runner-up. In high school, he was President of National Honor Society, Vice President of Engineering Club, Board member of Key Club, active in show choir, and ran Cross Country. In 2015, Conner developed an iPad application geared toward improving motor and word association skills of children with disabilities. He is currently in the Cyber Corps Program, Honors Program, True Blue Neighbors Committee of Future Alumni Council, and is a Global Scholar. He is the President and Founder of the TU Rotaract Club and created the TU Swipe Out Hunger initiative that assists students in funding meals. Conner is the teaching assistant for the first inaugural Presidential Leaders Fellowship class, taught by the university

president. He is a Presidential Scholar, TU Top Ten Freshman, NOVA Fellow, and member of the President's Honor Roll, Order of Omega, Phi Eta Sigma. This past summer, he did a Fulbright Summer Institute in Scotland and worked at an IRS criminal investigation laboratory. In Student Association, Conner was initially part of Technical Operations but is now the Secretary. Recently elected to the Vice President of his fraternity, he was treasurer during his second semester. He was also the President of his residence hall, Technology Chair for University Ambassadors, Big Brother at Kendall Whittier, and a member of the Concert Chorale.
