Daniel Yim is a University Innovation Fellow candidate from Susquehanna University (SU) in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. He is a sophomore majoring in

business administration with no current emphasis. Although Daniel hasn't found an emphasis within the business field, he is always pursuing opportunities and new experiences to find his niche. Daniel is originally from Warrington, Pennsylvania and hopes to work overseas one day.
 

Daniel is involved in a range of diverse clubs and communities at SU such as Asian Cultural Association, D.I.C.E (Design, Innovation, Creativity, Entrepreneurship) Club, League Club, Marketing Club, P.I.E.R (Professional Internship and Employment Readiness Program). In his spare time, he enjoys learning about new ideas and skills, reading and playing competitive games.  

Growing up in Warrington, Daniel was very interested in learning and trying out new things. Daniel has been in scouting since he was in third grade and eventually earned the rank of Eagle Scout during his time in scouting, learning a variety of different skills in the outdoors, leadership skills, and has earned over fifty merit badges during his scouting career. He has applied his love for learning in the real world by teaching himself how to cook a variety of different foods in the kitchen, building his own computer and many other more. This passion has led Daniel to continue to take opportunities and hopes University Innovation Fellows will help him further his learning in order to make an impact on the community.
