Biography
My name is Milagros Chumbimuni, and I am a Business Management Engineering student at Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (UPC).
Throughout my education and professional experience, I have developed skills in service design, project management, and data analysis, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. I am passionate about developing solutions and business, I actively participate in hackathons and innovation competitions, which have strengthened my ability to tackle challenges in dynamic environments. For this reason, I joined the Entrepreneurship Advisory and Mentoring Group at UPC, where we had the opportunity to collaborate with entrepreneurs from various sectors and industries, helping them develop their business models.
I also had the opportunity to intern at a logistics company, where I designed B2B solutions for corporate clients. Currently, I am employed at a telecommunications company, where I oversee the control and execution of projects and improvement initiatives. My role involves identifying pain points to develop tailored solutions for internal clients, enhancing and optimizing processes.
Achievements
- Solution Design Intern at Ceva Logistics: Designed B2B services, led kick-off meetings, and conducted economic analyses for regional projects.
- Government Clients Recovery Intern : Developed control plans, monitored KPIs, and managed collections in the corporate market.
- Entrepreneurship Mentoring: Actively participated in the Entrepreneurship Advisory and Mentoring Group at UPC, where I collaborated with entrepreneurs from various sectors to help them develop their business models and strategies.
