Project Description: In the Mariott Business School, faculty will be paired with students as mentors throughout their Junion and Senior year. Students have a hard time networking and utilizing the professors in their major.

Key Tactics:

<li>Meet with professors in the business school to discuss this need and solution. </li>

<li>Meet with business school administration to pitch idea</li>

<li>Assigning the appropriate amount of students to faculty in their major</li>

<li>Demonstrating and training professors on expectations/possiblities for mentoring.</li>

<li>Sitting in on and analyzing the effectiveness of mentoring for both students and faculty </li>
