As President her goal is to create a supportive community for Engineering students that enhances members professional skills, industry network, practicle engineering skills, social circle and mental wellbeing. Siena has also studied abroad at TECNUN, the Engineering Faculty of the University of Navarre in San Sebastian Spain for a Summer Robotics course. color As she gains more experience in engineering within Australia and abroad, Siena hopes to inspire more females to undertake Engineering and STEM studies. She has been an Inspirational speaker at high schools across Sydney and at UTS Open Days as a volunteer for the Women in Engineering and IT department since her first semester at UTS in 2017.
